What happens to the details you give us on this website. We have kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are

Africa Game Farms is run by Peet Venter. If you have any question about your information, email info@africagamefarms.co.za or phone +27 82 441 7118

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and your message. That is all we collect. This website has no member accounts and stores no payment details.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one reason: to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about the farm you asked about, or about selling your farm. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are helping you, and delete it once we are not.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@africagamefarms.co.za and we will do so. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
